Got out with Josh again in Lower Tampa Bay from his Hewes to look for more of the schools of redfish tailing during the afternoon low tide. After netting bait we ran back inside to the intercoastal to start looking. After checking a couple areas we found a nice school of fish pushed out on the flat and away from the shoreline with  the low tide. The fish were not being as aggressive as some of the schools we’ve been seeing lately but they were definitely willing to cooperate.

Using pinfish and pilchards with their tails cut off we caught redfish until dark with a few nice trout mixed in for good measure.
