Inshore Fishing provides the most popular charter for catching fish you can eat, socializing, dolphin watching, and viewing picturesque seascapes.
This charter is excellent for families, parents with kids, a group of friends, and anglers of all levels of experience. Captain Spencer will provide instructions for the novice angler and, if requested, free expert consultation for the advanced anglers.
Captain Spencer will descale, clean and fillet your fishing catch and bag it in a plastic bag with ice. Your catch, as fresh fish cuisine, is ready to be cooked at home or a restaurant.
Tarpon Fishing

Ths is sport fishing (catch & release) that invokes an adrenaline high. These charters targets tarpon for a thrilling fishing adventure.
The 8 & 10 hour trips can get quite in intense and are recommended for serious anglers,while the 6 hour trip is recommended for friends and families and kids age appropriate..
Tarpon fishing provides an exciting and challenging struggle to bring in a fighting tarpon and can be physically exhausting. Captain Spencer will offer fishing instructions expert advice, and assistance when requested.

8 Hour & Sunset 2 Hour Trip
Unlike the other types of charter, where passengers are bound to the boat, these charters are customized itineraries with land activities. The itinerary starts with a 4-hour inshore fishing component, the land activities may include beach time with swimming, lunch at a restaurant, exploring or sightseeing.
These charters are focused on Fort De Soto, John's Pass, and Gulf Sunset. The Gulf Sunset charter is a 2 hours trip where your party is transported to an island and can relax on lawn chairs to see the sunset. The Fort De Soto & John's Pass charters have inshore fishing and fixed itinerary of land activities applicable to that location.
5 Simple Steps to Book a Fishing Charter

You can choose from the 10 charters offered in 3 categories. Select the charter for the best fits your price, length of trip, & features.
Click "Book Your Charter" Button
Click the Book Your Charter button. You will be directed to the Booking Form, fill-out the form (slect charter & date) & submit it.
Verify Date with Captain Spencer
After submitting the Book Form, you will be asked to call Captain Spencer to verify the date of trip & to pay $150 deposit.
Receive Confirmation email
After the deposit is paid & date of charter verified, you will receive an email confirming your fishing trip for the specified date agreed.
Go to Boat & Enjoy Your Fishing Trip
Once you receive the Confirmation email with the date & time of the trip, you're good-to-go. Just show up at the boat and have a great time. Good Fishing!
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel any time before three (3) full days (72 hours) of the scheduled day of the charter and receive a full refund of your deposit.
If you cancel within three (3) full days (72 hours) before the day of the charter, there will be no refund because it will be extremely difficult to fill your canceled charter slot.
If you cancel on the day of the trip, the balance due for the charter will be billed to you at the discretion of Captain Spencer because the preparations were performed, fresh fishing bait was purchased, ancillary fees and expenses were paid, and Captain Spencer has no customers and is waiting on the boat for you.
» In the event of inclement weather, equipment failure, boat mechanical issues, uncontrollable safety reasons, or health issues, Captain Spencer will cancel your trip and either refund all your money or give you full credit for a future fishing trip, as the customer decides.

Refund Policy
A full deposit refund is given back to you if you cancel your charter in advance of 3 full days (72 hours) before the scheduled day of the charter.
If you cancel within the 72-hour window or less than 3 days before the day of the charter, there is a $150 penalty and hence, no refund because it will be extremely difficult to fill your canceled charter slot.
If you cancel on the day of the trip, the balance due for the charter will be billed to you at the discretion of Captain Spencer because the trip preparations were performed, fresh fishing bait was bought, ancillary fees and expenses were paid, and Captain Spencer has no customers and is waiting on the boat for you.
For charters canceled directly by Captain Spencer due weather, equipment failures, mechanical issues, safety reasons or health issues your money will be either refunded or credited.
